REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy ProIPTVProvider Store offers refunds for digital products/services under certain conditions. However, we strongly recommend that you get a trial version before making a purchase.

ProIPTV Provider Store offer refunds ONLY under these conditions:

Conditions

  • We will only issue a full refund for purchases made in less than 7 days. A full refund cannot be issued after 7 days.

  • All other refund requests will be partially refunded if there was a problem on our part that we were unable to resolve within 72 hours. The ProIPTV provider support team will contact users in all refund cases.

 

We will not issue a refund or partial refund if:

  • The customer didn’t like the channel selection.
  • The customer has found another service.
  • The customer refuses to apply the solutions we offer if he/she has a problem.

 

How long does it take for the refund to be made?

  • If you paid by credit card, refunds are usually processed within 20 to 31 working days and the money is returned to the debit card in the customer’s bank account.
  • However, there are cases where a refund may take longer to process, up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these time periods and delays. We are not the payment provider, we are just the IPTV service provider.
  • Any refund typically takes 20 to 90 working days and it is beyond our control to shorten this period. Our payment processors take care of the refund requests. We will do our best to issue the refund immediately after receiving the request and verifying the user information.

 

If some channels freeze, buffer or sometimes don’t work:

Although almost all of our servers are stable, sometimes some channels freeze or do not work for various reasons, but this is not forever. Our expert engineers are always working to fix them.

 

In most cases, these problems are temporary and are caused by:

  • Fluctuation of customers on the Internet.
  • Issues with the box/apps/customer setup in general.
  • Your ISP has a problem.
  • The channel cannot be reached from the server.
  • The customer changed his mind and wanted to withdraw or switch between servers.
  • Server update/restart from our side (required to be done weekly).

In case a user/customer is unable to use their IPTV subscription for more than 72 hours due to server problems or other issues caused by us or our site, we will refund the package price in full or add all the lost time to your subscription free of charge added.
